Foundation from Standerton reaches out to communities in need
Donations can be delivered at 95 Coligny Street, Standerton on weekdays from 08:00 to 16:00.
Northern Light Foundation (NLF) is currently working on a food collection initiative to help communities in KwaZulu-Natal, affected by protest actions.
NLF plans to leave not later than August 5 to drop off food.
“If loads can be sent earlier, it will help a lot,” Mr Hillel Coetzer said.
“Get involved and be part of the solution.”
Many communities in the country are currently being affected by looting.
Donations can be delivered at 95 Coligny Street, Standerton on weekdays from 08:00 to 16:00.
Non-perishable items, food, toothpaste, bath soap, dog – and pet food will be welcomed.
“Your donation or financial contribution, no matter how big or small, can make a huge difference,” Mr Coetzer also said.
