Evander Magistrate’s Court, stakeholders highlight the 16 Days of Activism campaign

Members of Evander Magistrate’s Court and stakeholders spoke to Laerskool Hoëveld learners in an event around the 16 Days of Activism against GBVF, mental health and anti-bullying.

The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development’s Evander Magistrate’s Court held a build-up event at Laerskool Hoëveld on November 24 for the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence and Femicide (GBVF).

Topics discussed with the learners were the affect of GBVF in schools and families, mental health and anti-bullying.
GS College, Evander SAPS, Thutuzela Care Centre and Evander Aces Club Coach supported the event.
