Police in eMbalenhle are searching for man who allegedly shot 28-year-old
According to the Mpumalanga police spokesman there was an altercation between the victim and the suspect shortly before the shooting.

The eMbalenhle police are searching for a foreigner who allegedly shot and killed a man in Ext 12 opposite Khaya Mall last night (September 13).
He was shot in the right cheek.
According to the police spokesperson in Mpumalanga, Brigadier Donald Mdhluli, preliminary investigations suggest that the incident followed an altercation between the victim and the suspect.
The foreign national is believed to have been running a spaza shop (tuck shop) in the area. He fled the scene on foot when he noticed a local residents arriving in their numbers.
“Some of the community members ran amok and began looting the spaza shop. It is said that it was during that moment, the suspect fled the scene and is still at large,” said Mdhluli.
All the role players attended to process the crime scene, while the body was transported by pathology services.
A case of murder has been opened and police are currently pursuing the suspect, who remains at large.
