Women of Standerton Police women work on their fitness

SAPS from Standerton and Sakhile exercised at the Standerton Show Grounds on July 19.

Amid music, the exuberant women stretched their muscles and encouraged one another.

Tyres and cones are used to get a good work-out. They converge at the show grounds every Wednesday afternoon.
