Community engagement held at Zithobeni

The police pleaded with the community to join the CPF and help the police fight crime.

The Bronkhorstspruit police embarked on a community engagement at Zithobeni Ext 8 on November 22 with the community in the role of fighting crime.

The team comprised the Bronkhorstspruit station commander Colonel Maqhawe Simon Dhladhla together with the Commander of Visible Policing Colonel Mlaba and the Bronkhorstspruit CPF chairperson November Mbonani.

The police pleaded with the community to join the CPF and help the police fight crime.

Youth were also encouraged not to join gangs, as they are involved in wrongful and delinquent activities and most of the learners who join gangs, end up staying away from school and dropping out.

During the engagement members of the community joined to become community in blue patrollers.
