Police clear Secunda duck pond of drinkers

The cops and GMM law enforcement responded to complaints from residents in the area.

After residents complained about people drinking and leaving their rubbish in the green strips and the area around the Secunda duck pond, the police and law enforcement stepped in.

They recently went to the duck pond on a Friday afternoon, when people drinking is usually a problem, and informed them that they are not allowed to drink in public.

The area was cleared soon after the department, police, and security companies arrived.
