Bronkhorstspruit Police promote school safety

The police aim to visit all the schools in the Bronkhorstspruit area.

The Bronkhorstspruit office of Visible Policing, in collaboration with the Department of Communication Safety and traffic wardens, did a school search at Mahlenga Secondary School in Sokhulumi on April 24.

The aim was to confiscate drugs and prohibited items from learners and promote school safety.

During the search, the SAPS found no drugs or prohibited items on the learners.

Colonel Sibonisile Mlaba warned the learners not to take drugs or bring prohibited items to school.

The police will continue to visit schools in the Bronkhorstspruit area to promote school safety.
