Standerton High School spent the last week gearing up for the upcoming inter-high athletics meeting in Volksrust.

Learners and teachers displayed their school spirit by dressing up according to the different themes during the traditional spirit week.

On the first day, they dressed up as their favourite holiday. On day two, the learners brought anything but a school bag or bottle, and on the third day, the learners did Disney, by dressing up as their favourite characters.

On Throwback Thursday, learners and teachers replicated their old photos, and Friday was a real bakgat festival, with everyone wearing yellow and black civvies to celebrate their school before the big inter-high athletics event.
