Young man arrested for murder of child, abandons bail application in Secunda court

The man arrested in connection with the murder of little Princess Rossouw (7) on a farm in the Charl Cilliers Police precinct on the weekend of March 8, has abandoned his application for bail.

George Sebeloane (21) briefly appeared in the Secunda Magistrate’s Court today for a third time. His Legal Aid lawyer said Sebeloane will not be applying for bail at this time. The court did not ask Sebeloane to plead.

The case was postponed to May 27 for further investigation.
