Standerton Primary learners earn prestigious Gold Merit Badges

At Standerton Primary School, hard work, dedication, and positive behaviour are celebrated and rewarded.

Standerton Primary School awarded four learners their prestigious gold merit badges.

They are Grade Six learners Adelicia Van Wyk, Nabeel Wazar, Hlengiwe Chauke, and Limpho Motloung.

This milestone is achieved only after learners accumulate an impressive 750 positive points through dedication, hard work, and exemplary conduct throughout the school year.

Points are awarded to encourage and reward learners for consistently completing homework, actively participating in class activities, showing diligence in their academic work, and demonstrating respectful and positive behaviour at school.

Receiving such a badge is a significant honour at the school, as it reflects excellence in all aspects of the curriculum and school life.

It is a symbol of commitment, perseverance, and a positive attitude towards learning.

These learners have shown that success is achieved not only through academic performance, but also through discipline, responsibility, and a willingness to always do their best.

Their achievement serves as an inspiration to others to work hard, remain focused, and strive for excellence in every area of school life.
