Hoërskool Standerton rugby players earn Puma team selection
Dedication, determination and countless hours of hard work have paid off for Bhekani Gumede, Chapi Kalombo and Bayanda Ngubane.
Three Standerton High School (SHS) rugby players have been rewarded for their hard work and dedication with selection to the Puma Rugby Teams.
Chapi Kalombo was selected for the U15 Rural team, while Bayanda Ngubane earned a place in the U17A side.
Bhekani Gumede was chosen for the U18B team.
The selections are a testament to the players’ commitment, perseverance and passion for the game throughout the season.
Hoërskool Standerton congratulated the trio on their achievement and wished them well as they prepare to represent the Puma Rugby Teams.
The school said it is proud of the players and looks forward to seeing them represent SHS with pride, determination and sportsmanship on the rugby field.
