Kamogelo Makuleka, a Grade Nine learner of Highveld Park High School, recently excelled at the SACCSA Athletics meeting held in Ermelo.

Makuleka won the 100m race for BU16 as well as the 200m and long jump.

He qualified to represent Mpumalanga and took part in the SACCSA national championship in Pietermaritzburg on September 26 and 27.
