I appreciate the good front page of the Ibis on 31 January, displaying such a dedicated man, Mr Mandla Mphuti.
It really touched my heart that he does this voluntary work with his family car every weekend.
May God richly bless him.
Unknowingly he touched many lives and we desperately need people of his calibre.
He has a heart for humanity and ‘ubuntu’.
I had the opportunity to be next to him sometimes.
He is calm, respectful, loving and caring.
I even know his wife and children who are blessed to have someone following in Madiba’s footsteps.
Our hospital is lucky to have such a ‘Mother Teresa’.
Keep up the excellent work, friend.
Your reward is not on Lekwa’s municipal payroll, but on God’s payroll.
The seed you plant today, you shall surely reap one day.
I take my hat off and salute your dedicated heart.
I bless your family with Abraham’s blessing.
May doors open for you so that you can see the fruit of your labour on this planet.
May God fight with those fighting against you.
You remind me of the Scripture in Mathew 25: 33-40: The King will say to those on his right ‘come you who are blessed by my father; take your inheritance the kingdom prepared for you for I was hungry, you gave me food to eat, I was sick, you looked after me.
“The King will say I tell you the truth.
“Whatever you did for the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me’.
Thank you Mandla Mphuthi for your excellent work.
Sipho Radebe, Sakhile.
