Squash club combine World Squash Day with Rainbow Fest
Participants also practiced their squash skills against the club’s ball machine
SECUNDA – Coaching, fitness training and exhibition matches formed part of the Sasol Squash Club’s special event on Saturday, 6 October.
The club combined their celebration of World Squash Day with the Lake Umuzi Rainbow Sportfest.
John Lingashi, a level 2 coach leading the Mpumalanga team, and Elzaan du Toit made sure that those attending, from first time players to league players, were coached and taking part in their fitness program.
Participants also practiced their squash skills against the club’s ball machine.
A round robin was played and then double matches.
