Stanwest-girls compete provincially
Their coach, Ms Zinhle Twala, said the team was only formed this year and 16 teams competed overall.
The GU/14- netball team of Stanwest Combined School, only formed this year, recently defended their title as Gert Sibande winners in the Ubuntu Champions League in Ermelo and achieved third position.
The team then participated in a provincial championship at Hoërskool Generaal Hertzog in eMalahleni (Witbank) on 25 May and achieved eighth position.
