Parkrunners walked, jogged or ran the 5km Secunda parkrun number 490 on January 10.

Four hundred and fifty-two parkrunners competed in this event.

Colin Louw was the first man to finish with a time of 20:07

Second was Pierru Meyer in 20:13, and third was Pienaar Janse van Rensburg in 21:06.

The first three women to finish were Elanie Breed in 23:59, Rojeane Scholtz in 26:52 and Mianique van Zyl with her personal best of 27:48.
