About the founder, Mahlaku Nkuna

Mahlaku Nkuna is a brand professional with 15 years of experience in sponsorships, experiential marketing, and stakeholder relations, including senior roles at some of South Africa’s most recognised institutions. She holds a Sports Management Honours degree and a BA in Health Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, and is a Rotary District 9 400 member. She is also a published author, with her debut novel, The Human Connection, released in 2024.

But what matters most is this: After 15 years of building other people’s brands, she has turned that same skill, that same love of storytelling and emotional connection, toward something she believes in completely. PawFectly Curated is not a business she stumbled into. It is the business she was always building toward.
