The school hosted the Grade R/ RR fathers to a lovely special Father’s Day celebration during which the learners spent some time with their parents – having breakfast and enjoying a photo opportunity on stationary but rumbling and thunderous-sounding Harley-Davidson motorbikes.

The Grade R teacher, Cathy Moore, shed more light on the event.

“Every year we like to celebrate our fathers on Father’s Day, just because they are the backbone of a family, and they are important to our children. This year we decided on the theme motorbikes and partnered with the Harley-Davidson dealership, which brought three bikes to share with the fathers,” she explained.
