Intern educator goes above and beyond

The students are placed at The King's School West Rand and partner schools, according to Michelle Dos Ramos, the school's marketing manager.

The King’s School Muldersdrift has shone the spotlight on its amazing intern teacher Anna Letlela who has been outstanding in her duties.
Anna was part of the More Than A Teacher (MTAT) internship programme which provides mentorship and placement for young people who study via distance learning.

The students are placed at The King’s School West Rand and partner schools, according to Michelle Dos Ramos, the school’s marketing manager.

Anna, who will be doing her final year at the North-West University (NWU) next year has proven to be more than just a teacher in every aspect, from serving not only The Kings School Muldersdrift but also the Muldersdrift community.

Every Saturday, this passionate teacher conducts a catch-up programme for reading and maths skills to cater for eager learners who had been restricted during punishing Covid-19 days.
