Fourth Week of August testing stations
The Department of Health encourages members of the public to make use of these testing stations.
A few months ago the Department of Health embarked on a Community Covid Outreach Plan with the aim of testing as many community members for Covid-19 as possible.
These testing stations are being put up throughout Roodepoort and surrounding areas currently considered as hotspots.
Their Community Outreach Schedule from August 17 to 20 is as follows:
• Tuesday, August 24 – Rock Cottage Shopping Centre (Ward 126)
• Wednesday, August 25 – Siyabonga Taxi Rank (Ward 44)
• Thursday, August 26 – Marikana informal settlement, Sol Plaatje (Ward 127)
• Friday, August 27 – Matholesville Hall (Ward 127)
• Saturday, August 28 – Lifestyle Shopping Centre (Ward 126)
The Department of Health encourages members of the public to make use of these testing stations in order to contribute to the safety of the community.
