A night of donkeying around under the stars

Grab your picnic blankets and camp chairs for a night under the stars – and hopefully well-behaved weather – and enjoy an outdoor movie night on Friday, March 4. Rest Ur Ass Donkey Sanctuary in Ruimsig will be showing The Croods 2 from 16:15 to 21:15.

Tickets are R80, and R50 for seniors. Picnic baskets are welcome but food vendors will be available for a local experience. Owner of the sanctuary, Lloreen le Roux added, “Our tuck shop will be open for popcorn, slush puppies, hot chocolate and so much more. The movie will start at sunset and it is going to be a great time to be outdoors and under the stars with the family.”
