Just in Time Baby Sanctuary receives a generous renovation
“It was so wonderful to have everyone involved; the fellowship was great."

Saturday, May 28 saw Just in Time Baby Sanctuary enjoy the fresh smell of newly painted walls as well as their own vegetable garden courtesy of Northridge Round Table 117 together with Northriding Build It who rolled up their sleeves for a good cause.
The sanctuary offers abandoned and abused babies a second chance in life in a loving, safe and nurturing environment.
Northridge Round Table 117 public relations officer Donovan Farinha explained to the Record that they never shy away from a bit of manual labour that will improve the lives of those who need assistance the most.

“It was so wonderful to have everyone involved; the fellowship was great,” said Donovan. he day kicked off with the creation of a vegetable garden, then the volunteers stripped and repainted the walls. A concrete walkway was also constructed to prevent the kids from being covered in mud on rainy days.
“A great way to spend a Saturday – Northriding Build It made a massive impact this weekend by making a phenomenal contribution to the Just in Time Baby Sanctuary renovation project. We had all hands on deck, even the kids got involved. A special thanks to those little helpers, they were exceptional. A huge and massive thank you to the Uys family at Northriding Build It, they played the biggest role in having the Wolfpack help Just in Time Baby Sanctuary with their little renovations.

“Here is a special thank you from our chairperson Chris Oldacre; thanks to all the gents and ladies who assisted the past weekend,” said Donovan
