Police confirm double murder in Matholesville
According to police reports, the two unknown women are aged between 20 and 25 years.
Johannesburg District Police have confirmed that they are investigating a double murder following the discovery of two female bodies in Matholesville on Monday morning, December 5.
According to police reports, the two unknown women were aged 20 to 25 years old, and one was dressed in a pink skirt, black crop top, and black All Star tekkies, while the other was dressed in a black velvet dress and black tekkies.
Johannesburg District Head of Corporate Communications, Captain Jeff Phora also confirmed that preliminary investigations have so far revealed that nobody has claimed or identified the bodies at this point in time.
“As the police we are appealing to the community to come forward and whoever is missing any family members that fit the above descriptions should contact the Roodepoort Police,” said Phora.
