To our valued readers, I hope you had a wonderful festive season, regardless of the gloomy weather, cordoned off roads and tragic events that took place during the December holiday.

I hope everyone got back to work well-rested and motivated to make 2023 their best year! My wish for the new year is to take a moment and cherish the small things in life. Life flies by so fast, we tend to miss the little joys we experience every day. For me those would be the sound of birds singing in the morning, looking at the beautiful sky as I drive to work, the silly banter between colleagues and finally, the opportunity to escape into a wonderful new world every time I pick up a new book.
