Man shot and killed in Florida, police still searching for suspects

Masondo stated that while the police have begun their investigation, the cause of the murder cannot be determined at this time.

On Thursday, February 23, at around 15:50, a 38-year-old man was shot while driving in Florida. Police have opened a murder investigation and are looking for the suspects.

“It is reported that the deceased was driving in a white Mercedes-Benz, on William Nicol Drive, when he was shot at by the suspects who were driving in a silver VW Jetta 6,” explained Lieutenant Colonel Mavela Masondo.

The deceased is said to have lost control of his car and slammed into the pavement. When the paramedics arrived on the scene, they transported the victim to the closest hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Masondo stated that while the police have begun their investigation, the cause of the murder cannot be determined at this time.
