FullFlame take their faith on foot

The church aspires to bring hope and unity, reminding everyone in the community that they are not alone and that faith can be a powerful force for positive change.

Members of FullFlame Life Church took to the streets with one powerful purpose – to uplift and protect their community through prayer.

On October 26, church members prayed for the safety of families, the reduction of crime, and the renewal of moral values in the community.

According to the church’s community outreach co-ordinator, Thato Phiri, this prayer walk was more than just a spiritual gesture; it was a visible demonstration of the church’s commitment to the well-being of residents.

“We want people to visibly see that we care for them and that we are actively and physically involved as a church to better the city that God has called us to. Everyone needs to pray more as the days get darker out there.

“Prayer is our communication system with God. We believe that more and more churches and people will be activated to pray as they visibly see us walking and praying for them,” remarks Thato.

By making their presence known through prayer, the church hopes to inspire more community members to join in, creating a stronger network of faith-driven support.

“FullFlame Life Church believes in the power of prayer as a vital means of communication with God, especially during challenging times,” Thato explains.

Through this initiative, the church aspires to bring hope and unity, reminding everyone in the community that they are not alone and that faith can be a powerful force for positive change.
