Fleurhof CPF: Vote for your new Exco

Fleurhof CPF has invited the community to vote for a new executive committee at their upcoming annual general meeting.

The Fleurhof Community Police Forum invites residents to lodge their nominations for a new executive committee.

According to chairperson Bradley Campbell, the time has come for the current Fleurhof CPF executive committee to hand over the reins.

“Our journey over the past 10 years has been nothing short of amazing,” he says.

“Friendships were forged, fun was had, challenges brought us together, and most importantly, we got to know our beloved community, which supported us every step of the way.”

The Fleurhof CPF annual general meeting will take place on September 11 at 18:30 at the Fleurhof Recreation Centre in Malachite Street.

“We encourage residents to nominate people from within the Fleurhof community, who will come with fresh ideas to lead our well-established group of volunteer patrollers,” says Campbell.

“The goal of the CPF is explicitly to serve and keep our community safe, by being the eyes and ears of the police within our neighbourhoods.”

Nominations are open for the positions of chairperson, secretary, operations lead, treasurer, and community liaison officer.

Nominations can be submitted to Cindy Campbell, either via WhatsApp on 084 016 5612 or via email at cin.campbell129@gmail.com.

“Nominations can be submitted on or before Tuesday, September 9.”
