“As a community we owe them a debt of gratitude for building and establishing our beautiful neighbourhood into what we have today.”

Of course, the block watch took every opportunity to educate the gathered elderly residents about the block watch, it’s function within the community, and the various options on offer should they find themselves in an emergency situation.
