Crawford’s Class of 2025 celebrates results

Behind every result was a story of effort, pressure, and perseverance.

There was a mix of nerves, excitement, and relief at Crawford International Ruimsig yesterday morning, January 12, as matriculants received their results.

Accompanied by their families and close friends, the learners anxiously walked into the grand hall as they awaited to see the outcome of their final school year.

“I’m relieved but also really sad at the same time because my sister went to this school before I was even born, and I am also matriculating from the same school. I’m happy to be done and grateful to everyone,” said Jemma-Lee Meyer.

Another learner, Saskia de Greeb, shared that she is both happy and surprised by the results she achieved, especially in Mathematics, because the marks were better than what she expected.

“I’m thrilled to have achieved these results,” said Tamia Glyne. While others stood with friends, still processing their results, Samuel Joshua also expressed relief.

Sihle Chabalala shared that some of the marks he received are much better than what he had expected, and he is very happy with his achievement. As the celebration came to an end, the learners left the school grounds with joy that the matric year is over and a new chapter is about to begin.
