Support a child in need and donate stationery
Tshepang Programme's stationery drive aims to bridge the gap for learners in need.
The Tshepang Programme in Princess is calling on the community to support their stationery collection drive, aiming to equip learners with essential learning tools.
As the 2026 academic year begins, many learners still lack basic stationery, and this initiative seeks to bridge that gap.
The Tshepang Programme is a community-driven initiative that focuses on empowering and uplifting vulnerable children and families. Their work centres around education support, community development, and providing essential resources to those in need, to restore dignity and create sustainable positive change.
According to the founder and director of the foundation, Susan Rammekwa, the stationery drive aims to bridge the gap for less fortunate learners so that they can participate fully and confidently in their education.
She says that by providing stationery, it removes financial barriers, encourages learning, and ensures no child feels left behind. The programme has been running its back-to-school stationery drive for two years, with noticeable improvements in learners’ readiness and confidence.
To donate, community members can drop off items like pens, pencils, highlighters, markers, files, and notebooks at 82 Rothchild Road, Princess, or contact 083 456 6993 for arrangements.
All contributions will be distributed directly to children in need.
