I want to know if the Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD) has the authority to be trapping in Ouklip Road. Normally, they just do as they please.
I wonder if they have the required authority.
I know it will be of interest to all the residents in the area as well.
This is in the middle of suburbia and I have seen, on two occasions, how it has almost caused accidents. It is not helpful being there, it is more dangerous than helpful.
They are trapping in two places on Ouklip Road – near the Woolworths centre and going down towards the Spar.
Residents would like to know how legitimate this setup is.
