Great was my excitement when I saw machines used to tar roads being delivered on the open piece of land next to Matrys and Topaz Streets in Kloofendal. At last they going to tar Topaz Street! Or so I thought!
But no, they came to tar Galena Avenue. A road that probably carries a hundred vehicles per day. Topaz that carries probably a few thousand a day was left untouched. Now I would like to hear from JRA why this was done, why was Topaz Street not tarred?
When will Topaz Street be tarred as it is constantly full of potholes and very dangerous to drive on even in dry weather? May we please have an explanation?
