It is indeed not a surprise to find that we are not alone in this matter and that we are also experiencing a deadly silence, when it comes to asking assistance from Councillor Marian Kemp. You send urgent requests for assistance by mail, they are read, but no reply.
It seems that if you forward a request regarding billing issues with Joburg City Power, everyone seems to be avoiding the issue. We also hope that she “walks the talk” and help us with the magnitude of issues occurring on a daily basis in our community. It is an election year, if I’m not mistaken!
