DW Eleven-13 restaurant in top 20
DUNKELD - Restaurant DW Eleven-13 has once again made the final top 20 in the annual eat-out restaurant awards.
Currently sponsored by Mercedes Benz, the eat-out awards now in its seventh year looks to celebrate the very best that the South African restaurant industry has to offer.
Top restaurants of all cuisine styles from all over the country are assessed and narrowed down to 20. The winner will be announced at an awards ceremony on 16 November in Cape Town.
Located in Dunkeld, DW Eleven-13 was founded by chef Marthinus Ferreria in 2009 and the food offered is a unique blend of french-styled cooking with South African influences.
This year it is the only restaurant in Johannesburg to be in the top 20, and has been a finalist for the past four years.
The menu is strongly based on seasonal fresh ingredients and dinner reservations are usually booked out a week in advance.
