Chad Thomas from IRS said, “We believe that Thamsanqa Goodman Malinga with identity number 880611 5254 080, can assist us with our investigation into a company known as Melrose Home Properties.”
Malinga was a director of Melrose Home Properties and IRS Forensic Investigations are investigating whether the company was run as a Ponzi scheme and in contravention of the The Banks Act of 1990 and contravention of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act of 2002 (FAIS).
Malinga is wanted for questioning relating to cases registered with the South African Police Services, including amongst others, Pretoria Central SAPS CAS 1619/11/2014, Hillbrow SAPS CAS 1177/11/2014, Giyani SAPS CAS 463/11/2014 and Moffatview SAPS CAS 397/11/2014.
