Update – 11:30am – It is believed that the body belongs to a vagrant from the area.
According to Sergeant Mduduzi Zondo, it is alleged that the deceased got into a fight with another vagrant and sustained several stab wounds to the neck and shoulders, which presumably resulted in his death.
Police are still waiting for the autopsy report.
Initial report: 10am – The fire department, police and pathology services are on scene.
