Standard Bank website down
JOHANNESBURG – Standard Bank clients are in for a frustrating Monday morning as the bank is suffering from a few ‘system issues’.

Aggravated users who tried to log onto Standard Banks internet banking and failed used Twitter to show their frustration.

It appears as if the Standard Bank website simply hangs instead of loading the webpage. However, Standard Bank is aware of the issue and Tweeted a reply to the numerous complaints, stating that clients with the banking service are still able to use their cards to swipe or draw cash.
We're working on resolving our system issues and apologise for the disruption. You're able to swipe/withdraw cash.
