For thousands of South African learners approaching adulthood, the future can feel daunting.
For 26 years, the Rocking Future Career Expos have been changing that narrative through engaging experiences.
In February, the team visited the National School of Arts and Holy Family College, offering a dynamic career experience that transformed anxiety into excitement and confusion into clarity.

The expos are vibrant and immersive events that combine motivational live shows, expert guidance, and dynamic exhibitions.
They provide learners with practical tools to confidently plan their futures. Learners have a unique opportunity to engage one-on-one with advisors who assist them in exploring career paths that align with their passions, strengths, and dreams.
With youth unemployment remaining critically high and access to state universities increasingly competitive, many school leavers struggle to find meaningful study and work opportunities. Rocking Future, alongside its 3D immersive online career expo platform Swiwel, available nationwide, aims to bridge that gap by offering accessible, real-world guidance and exposure.
In 2025 alone, an impressive 9 049 learners across 72 Johannesburg schools benefited from the programme, walking away better informed, motivated and inspired to take control of their futures.

The experience continues beyond the live shows.
Learners also gain access to exhibitions run by brand ambassadors from leading private tertiary institutions, offering insight into a wide range of study and training options. Meanwhile, the distribution of the Future Guide Magazine ensures that vital career information reaches matric learners long after the expo has ended.
“This journey has been nothing short of spectacular. The level of engagement from students and educators exceeds our expectations year after year. The feedback is overwhelmingly positive, affirming the expo’s role in shaping future careers,” said 3RC founder Kay Cheytanov.
The Rocking Future Career Expos are touring Johannesburg and Cape Town, aimed at empowering young South Africans to make informed career choices and develop essential skills. The key message for learners is clear: your future is full of possibilities, beginning with self-belief.
