Attempted murder investigations begin after Hyde Park shooting

A 23-year-old man has been shot at a Hyde Park residence, prompting police to launch an attempted murder investigation.

The police are investigating a case of attempted murder after a 23-year-old man was shot on February 19 in Hyde Park, Bramley.

The victim, who is an employee at the residence where the shooting took place, was taken to hospital following the incident.

Police response included the K9 unit, Bramley station detectives, and forensic crime scene management, all of whom processed the scene.

Two men, aged 28 and 33, have been taken in for questioning.

The motive for the shooting is unknown, and police investigations are ongoing.
