St Teresa matriculants ready to go out in the world with pass rate

The principal of the school Elsa de Bod, praised the girls who had challenged themselves and who, over the years, saw obstacles as opportunities to learn to attain good results.

The St Teresa’s class of 2022 spoke to the Rosebank Killarney Journalist and spoke of their aspirations after matric.

The school achieved a 100% pass rate and a grade average of 72%. Smiles, excitement and hugs filled high school corridors across the Rosebank area during the morning of the release of the IEB results.

The principal of the school Elsa de Bod, praised the girls who had challenged themselves and who, over the years, saw obstacles as opportunities to learn to attain good results.

“This group will not only be remembered for their results, but also for their kindness and compassion towards others. We are proud of every Rosie who achieved her personal best and believe that every individual result is worthy of equal honour,” Bod said. 

“Heartfelt congratulations to all the teachers of our Matrics, from all three phases of our school, who have educated and enriched our learners to attain their best,” the school said in a released statement.
