New car for Miss SA

MELROSE– Nissan Melrose hands over a new car to Miss South Africa 2016.

Having won the title of Miss South Africa and being crowned in front of thousands of viewers, Ntandoyenkosi Kunene was awarded her new ride.

This, however, was officially handed over by Nissan Melrose Arch. The scene was set with flowers and a huge red bow on top of her new white ride – the Juke – just waiting for the arrival of Kunene.

“We have always prided ourselves in great customer service and being part of the community. Knowing that she will be using the vehicle to do good work and be involved with charities makes us happy knowing we were able to assist her in getting out there,” commented Darryl Brook, fleet sales manager of Nissan Melrose.

An excited and overwhelmed Kunene – a 23-year-old education honours student from Mpumalanga – said she had been waiting in anticipation in the lead up to the collection of her new ride. “I really couldn’t wait for this day to arrive, although I am feeling the nerves kick in as it is a brand new car,” she said.

The first place her new car was taken to was Rosebank – for a dress-fitting for the upcoming fashion week.

Details: Nissan Melrose 011 555 3000.
