Suzuki sold 16 020 cars during Q1 of 2023

The brand continues to exceed its targets - month after month.

Suzuki achieved a remarkable milestone by selling 16 020 cars during the first quarter of 2023, securing a 13% market share in passenger sales within South Africa.

“We have emphasised this in the past, but it is worth reiterating that a vehicle brand’s dealer sales serve as a gauge of its brand strength. This is why we closely monitor our dealer sales and take immense pride in our network, while also maintaining a strong focus on providing exceptional service to our corporate customers,” stated Henno Havenga, manager of dealer sales at Suzuki Auto South Africa.

In April, the Suzuki dealer network accounted for 99% of all Suzuki vehicle sales. Suzuki achieved a total of 3 620 vehicle sales, with dealers contributing 3 605 to this impressive figure.

With this outstanding achievement, Suzuki dealers once again rank among the top performers in the South African motor industry, solidifying Suzuki’s position as one of the most favoured automotive brands in South Africa.

With a nationwide presence of 97 dealerships, Suzuki offers an exceptional range of products. Notably, the Suzuki Swift attracted 1 215 new owners during April.
