CANNEN RAIZ: I have five steps to improve your matric results: 1) Start now, the simple act of starting a small bit of work now may very quickly lead to a virtuous cycle of high intensity work. 2) Reinforce good habits, studying will become habitual and you will feel uncomfortable if you don't work during your allocated time. 3) Get off your phone, this may be a tough one but the moment you rid yourself of your biggest distraction you will put your head down and get to work. 4) Integrate breaks

PRIYAL NAIDOO: I would recommend that learners should organise their study area, and create a study schedule before getting started, this prevents unnecessary disruptions during studying. It is also important to take breaks and include other extracurriculars, sitting at your desk all day and night can be draining and leads to procrastination if you dread working.
