Having worked in various prestigious hotel groups and golf courses, Rogers is now focused on redefining Bryanston Country Club’s future, building on its strong foundation, and ensuring a high standard of service for its members.
He shared his vision for the club, and how he plans to make an impact in the coming months. “I am now taking the reins at Bryanston Country Club with a clear directive, to reassess the club’s offerings and take the member experience to the next level. My scope and brief here is to take a fresh look at the club’s blueprint.”
Rogers pointed out that the aim is to ensure that the club’s services meet the expectations and needs of their members, particularly as they have a lot of younger families becoming involved. “I plan to continue refining the club’s offerings to enhance the lifestyle aspect for members, focusing on providing activities and services that resonate with all age groups.”

I spend a lot of time interacting with our members, whether that’s on the terrace, at the sports facilities, or even playing golf with them. It’s about creating an environment where members feel comfortable and valued.”
He also stressed the club’s role in fostering a sense of community. “Bryanston is more than just a place to play sports; it’s a place where people connect. Whether it is through networking for business, or simply spending time with family, we offer a sense of sanctuary for our members.”
