TAKE NOTE: Planned power interruptions set for Bryanston

BRYANSTON – The scheduled interruptions in electricity supply will allow technicians to do essential maintenance work on the network.

City Power would like to notify residents of a planned power interruption scheduled for Wednesday (10 June) and Thursday (11 June).

The scheduled interruptions in the electricity supply will allow technicians to do essential maintenance work on the network.

On Wednesday, 10 June, the interruption will take place from 8am to 4pm.

The following areas and/or streets will be affected:

  • Homestead
  • Peter Place
  • Chester
  • Bryanston

On Thursday, 11 June, the interruption will take place from 8am to 4pm.

The following areas and/or streets will be affected:

  • Bryanston Drive
  • Petunia
  • Homestead
  • Vlok
  • Queen Anne
  • Main
  • Grosvenor
  • Ormonde
  • Westminister
  • Curzon
  • Berkley
  • Bryanston

“As the supply may be restored at any time, customers are urged to treat their electricity supply points as live as all times,” said City Power spokesperson Isaac Mangena.
