Crawford International celebrates its 30th anniversary
An international school that provides children with an academically progressive, innovative, and future-focused education commemorated its 30th anniversary with a night festival picnic.
Crawford International Sandton families and friends warmed the cold air on August 8 by celebrating the school’s 30th birthday with a night festival picnic.
DJ Dino Bravo, Thee Jam, Brent Harris (from Just Jinjer), Boki Ntsime (semi-finalist, Idols), Nic Rush (Watershed), Sofaya Nkosi (world-class vocalist), Tulla Eckhart, and the talented Crawford learners kept guests entertained with great tunes.
Nadia Cooke, the school’s project coordinator said, “The ground was vibrating with many learners, teachers, and parents dancing the evening away.”
She added the Grade 9 entrepreneurs provided an exciting shopping experience for the attendees.
“Another highlight of the evening was when the principal of Crawford International Sandton College cut the birthday cake and Tulla Eckhart ignited the crowd into a jubilant Happy Birthday song.”
Cooke concluded by thanking all the teachers, learners, Crawford families, and their friends for being part of the unforgettable celebration.
