The programme featured motivational speakers, a panel discussion, entertainment, and wellness-focused sessions that encouraged women to invest in themselves, celebrate their achievements, and embrace new beginnings.

Empact Group human resources executive Salwa Albertyn said the event recognised the many roles women play every day and the resilience they demonstrate while navigating life’s challenges. “Today, we’re celebrating the rebirth of a woman’s confidence. We are often, as women, faced with so many challenges, whether at home, at work, or raising our children. Every day we have to show up with confidence and be a good mom, a good sister, and a good wife.”

She said the celebration was about honouring women who continually rediscover their strength. “Today, we’re honouring those ladies that have had to continuously rebirth themselves into being wonderful, gracious, and confident women.”
The day’s programme included discussions on redefining menopause, overcoming trauma, thriving after adversity, beauty with purpose, and a panel discussion where women shared experiences and encouraged one another to grow.

Organisers said flowers were chosen as the central symbol because they represent beauty, resilience, and quiet strength.
Alan Quinn, CEO of Empact group, described the theme as an invitation for women to honour the person they have been, embrace who they are becoming, and step confidently into a new season of their lives.
According to Quinn, every woman has the ability to rise, renew, and return to herself more radiant than before, reminding attendees that there is beauty in every bloom, strength in every revival, and confidence in becoming the best version of themselves.
The event concluded with a renewed message for women to continue supporting one another, celebrating their journeys, and allowing their confidence to flourish in every aspect of life.
