VEREENIGING. – Two dagga drug dealers were nabbed by the Vaal Rand Flying Squad and Water Policing in possession of dagga with street value of R45 000 and a stolen vehicle.

 The suspects travelling from Katlehong, East Rand, on the way to Sasolburg, were stopped on the R57. This was after the police received a tip off from members of the public.

They were pulled off the road on September 20. The police ordered them out of the car and started to search it. They confiscated 914 finger dagga, weight 45.23kg with street value of R45 000.
It was discovered that the vehicle was stolen in Diepsloot last year December. The suspect will appear at the Vereeniging Magistrate’s court, charged with dealing with dagga and stolen vehicle, said Nkitseng.
