Car crash leaves man seriously injured

Medics assessed the man and found that he had sustained severe injuries and was in a serious condition

MEYERTON. – ER24 reports that a man was left seriously injured when a  a light motor vehicle crashed into another on the R59 in Meyerton this morning.

Paramedics arrived on the scene  to find the light motor vehicle on the side of the road. The 47-year-old male driver was found lying next to his car.

Medics assessed the man and found that he had sustained severe injuries and was in a serious condition.

The man was treated and provided with pain-relief medication before he was transported to Mediclinic Vereeniging for further care.

Local authorities were on the scene for further care.
