Create either a unique Christmas tree or table decoration using any material of your choice – whether recycled, upcycled, handmade, or repurposed – for a chance to win your share of R40 000 in Vaal Mall gift cards.

Sensational Christmas Tree prizes are:
1st Prize: R15 000
2nd Prize: R10 000
3rd Prize: R5 000

Criteria: The tree must be 2m tall and free standing

Table decoration prizes are:
1st Prize: R5 000
2nd Prize: R3 000
3rd Prize: R2 000

Criteria: Table decoration must be 30cm x 30cm big and free standing

Competition entrants must ensure their Christmas trees and table decorations are delivered to Vaal Mall by 17:00 on Friday, 13 November.

All entries will be considered, with the winners being chosen by a panel of independent judges. “Other than the height requirement, the only limit is your imagination,” says de Villiers-Malan.
